Cookie policy
The cookies used by this website, and how to manage them.
A cookie is a small file saved on your device when you visit a website. This page explains which cookies this website uses and how to manage them.
1. The cookies we use
This website uses a single cookie, strictly necessary for it to work:
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| PHPSESSID | Protect the contact form against fraudulent submissions (security token) | Session: deleted when you close your browser | Technical cookie, set by MBtech |
This cookie is set only when you visit the contact page. It is secured (not readable by scripts on the page, limited to this website and, over HTTPS, sent only over an encrypted connection) and contains no personal information: only a random technical identifier.
2. What we do not use
3. Why there is no consent banner
Cookies strictly necessary for a service to work, or for the security of a form requested by the visitor, are exempt from consent (article 82 of the French “Informatique et Libertés” law, which transposes the ePrivacy directive). This is why this website does not display a cookie banner. If we ever add an audience-measurement tool or any other non-essential cookie, we will ask for your consent beforehand and update this page.
4. Managing or deleting cookies
You can delete saved cookies or block them at any time from your browser settings (“Privacy” or “Cookies” section). Procedures vary by browser; see your browser's help (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge…). If you block the session cookie, the contact form will not be able to validate your message: you can then write to us directly at contact@mb-tech.fr.
5. More information
To find out how your personal data is processed, see our Privacy policy. For any question about this policy: contact@mb-tech.fr.
6. Updates
This policy may be modified to reflect legal or technical changes. Last updated: October 4, 2026.
