N29 — Screen printing

N29

High precision cleaning of screen printing stencils

The reference machine for cleaning screen printing stencils, squeegees and heads: application-specific ultrasonics, closed-loop water-based chemistry and patented filtration.

N29

Application

The N29 cleans screens and stencils of all sizes, as well as squeegees, shoes and screen printing heads. The water-based cleaning fluid is continuously regenerated by patented filtration: the bath stays active, and rinsing uses the filtered fluid, with no water or compressed air.

Benefits

  • Ultrasonics tailored to stencil cleaning
  • Water-based chemistry regenerated in a closed loop
  • Patented filtration of the cleaning fluid
  • Rinsing with the filtered fluid, no deionised water
  • No water or compressed air required

Frequently asked questions

Does the N29 need deionised water?

No. The process runs in a closed loop with a water-based cleaning fluid regenerated by patented filtration. Rinsing uses the filtered fluid; no water or compressed air supply is needed.

What can the N29 clean?

Screens and stencils of all types and sizes, squeegees, shoes and screen printing heads, as well as boards with screen printing defects.
