NC25 — Electronic boards
NC25
Flux removal and cleaning of electronic boards by submerged jets
An all-stainless-steel machine with automatic transfer: submerged-jet cleaning (SUI), closed-loop rinsing and vacuum drying. An alternative to ultrasonics on populated boards.
Application
The NC25 removes flux from single- or double-sided boards, SMD as well as through-hole, and treats boards with screen printing defects. Submerged-jet (Spray Under Immersion) technology ensures full coverage of the parts, where standard spray can create shadow effects and ultrasonics are sometimes prohibited on populated boards.
Benefits
- SUI technology: submerged jets, full coverage
- Alternative to ultrasonics on populated boards
- All-stainless-steel construction, automatic transfer
- Closed-loop rinsing
- Vacuum drying
- Board-by-board traceability with MBTechManager

Frequently asked questions
Why submerged jets rather than ultrasonics?
On populated boards, ultrasonics are sometimes prohibited because they can stress components and solder joints. Submerged jets clean with full coverage without that drawback, and avoid the shadow effects of standard spray.
Does the NC25 provide traceability?
Yes, with the MBTechManager software: board-by-board process tracking and multi-format reports compatible with supervision/MES systems.
