MC — Maintenance & tooling

MC10

Ultrasonic maintenance cleaning, all stainless steel

A robust all-stainless-steel maintenance machine: ultrasonic cleaning in an aqueous or semi-aqueous process, closed-loop rinsing and hot-air drying.

MC10

Application

The MC10 ultrasonically cleans maintenance parts and tooling. Loading and unloading are ergonomic, a retention tray secures the workstation, and the process (aqueous or semi-aqueous) runs in a closed loop with filtered rinsing and hot-air drying.

Benefits

  • Robust all-stainless-steel construction
  • Ergonomic loading/unloading
  • Retention tray
  • Ultrasonic cleaning
  • Aqueous or semi-aqueous process, closed loop
  • Closed-loop rinsing
  • Hot-air drying
