Technologies
How it works
Patented filtration
The cleaning fluid is continuously filtered and regenerated in a closed loop. The bath stays active, cleaning quality stays constant, and the deionised-water rinse step can often be eliminated.
Submerged jets (SUI)
The jets operate under immersion: full coverage of the parts with no shadow effect, ideal for populated boards where spray and ultrasonics show their limits.
Ultrasonics
Controlled cavitation to lift contaminants from complex surfaces: stencils, squeegees, maintenance parts and tooling.
Traceability
The Manager software records the parameters of every cycle and produces multi-format reports usable by an MES — down to board-by-board traceability.
