Complete guide to the N29 range: cleaning technology for screen printing
Optimise your screen printing operations with MBtech's high-precision cleaning solutions
In screen printing, precision and cleanliness are key to guaranteeing the quality of the final product. Stencils, squeegees and screen printing heads require high-precision cleaning to avoid any contamination of printed circuit boards. MBtech has developed the N29 range, dedicated to cleaning screen printing equipment, combining application-specific ultrasonic technology with a patented filtration system.
How the N29 range works
The MBtech N29 range stands out through its use of application-specific ultrasonics, designed for cleaning screen printing stencils. Combined with a closed-loop system, the water-based cleaning fluid is continuously regenerated by patented filtration, ensuring an active bath throughout the cycles.
| Model | Dimensions (W×D×H) | Weight | Wash tank volume | Ultrasonic power | Cycle time |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| N29 | 1 100 × 690 × 980 mm | 160 kg | 55 L | 1 kVA | 3 to 10 min |
| N29E | 1 100 × 690 × 980 mm | 160 kg | 55 L | 1 kVA | 15 to 20 min drying |
| N29SA4 | 1 100 × 700 × 1 015 mm | 200 kg | - | - | 15 to 20 min drying |
| N29AUTO | 1 100 × 700 × 2 000 mm | 300 kg | 110 L | - | 8 to 15 min drying |
Technical specifications of the N29 range
Specific applications of each model
Each model in the N29 range is suited to specific needs, offering maximum flexibility and efficiency in the cleaning process:
- N29: High-precision cleaning of screens, stencils and squeegees.
- N29E: Adds a drying cell for a dry, ready-to-use stencil.
- N29SA4: Integrates automatic output and an independent drying cell to optimise processing time.
- N29AUTO: Automates stencil transfer between washing and drying, ideal for high-throughput cycles.
Professional use
N29 solutions are ideal for screen printing companies needing regular, efficient cleaning of their equipment, ensuring continuous, high-quality production.
- Reduced maintenance time
- Optimised cleaning quality
- Easy integration into existing production processes
Advanced technology for greater efficiency
The N29 range is built on advanced technological know-how, combining application-specific ultrasonics for gentle cleaning with a patented filtration circuit that regenerates the cleaning fluid on every cycle. This approach minimises resource consumption while maximising the efficiency of the cleaning process.

Frequently asked questions
Does the N29 need deionised water?
No. The process runs in a closed loop with a water-based cleaning fluid regenerated by patented filtration. Rinsing uses the filtered fluid; no water or compressed air supply is needed.
What can the N29 clean?
Screens and stencils of all types and sizes, squeegees, shoes and screen printing heads, as well as boards with screen printing defects.
What is the difference between the N29 and the N29E?
The N29E adds an integrated drying cell: the stencil comes out clean and dry, ready to go back into production.
What does the N29SA4's automatic output bring?
It reduces handling: the stencil is extracted automatically then dried in an independent cell, smoothing out the chain of cycles.
